Employer training assurance

Many large employer organisations have identified the need to evidence that individuals have received specific training, delivered in a consistent and systematic way with an independent assessment of learning, to meet their sector specific requirements.

A large number of training courses, ranging from a few hours up to weeks, are delivered to meet competency needs by training providers, but many do not offer a formal, independent assessment of learning. It is a necessary requirement for employers to be able to identify the process they have used to train their staff to meet duties under local legislation, where applicable.

iAS, through its accreditation of training and assessment, is able to provide assurances that agreed standards are being met. Employers can apply to have their training and assessment accredited.
